LAST SIX MONTHS!!!!!

It was during the feast of St.Thomas in December 2010 the renovation works started. Now it is two years. With blessings from the Almighty, work has reached to a level which no one has even dreamed when it all started on Dec 19th 2010. Dome roof of the Madbaha, interior art works of Madbaha are some of the works which were not even planned initially.Prayers of the parish members and their unity have helped much in advancing work up to this. We can hope it will continue in the coming months also.

Due to some technical reasons I was not able to blog for the past six months. Here is a summary of what happened in the last six months. Some photos which was taken in the second week of August are attached below. Art works in the madhbaha and beskhudisin are splendid. It will not be fair if I am not mentioning the name of Mr.Shibu. He was the main design worker of the madhbaha and beskhudisin.(I am trying to get a pic of him). Mr.Shibu and his team has done a wonderful piece of work. Their imagination and talent made this possible. They also did our emblem which is so beautiful. The art works have given a traditional look to the church. Now it looks like the ancient Syrian churches.
